If you feel that you were wrongly accused (ie. libeled), then why not sue the lawyer

I dont have to much confidence left in E-gold nowadays.. Thy block accounts on daily bassis , ask for documents to be send or even DELETE accounts without paying you the balance..
And guess what .per their terms they have the right to do it:
” 4.6. Right of Association Issuer reserves the right to refuse service to particular individuals or entities, at its sole discretion, with or without cause.”

Bush is forever saying that democracies do not invade other countries and start wars. Well, he did just that. He invaded Iraq, started a war, and killed people. What do you think? What is he doing to us, and what is he doing to the world?

I believe that Michael J. Bruzzese is the same lawyer that were pursuing a lawsuit against SolidInvesment.
Curt Crowley of http://www.ponziscams.com/ also have spoken to this lawyer regarding SolidInvestment. (as a comment in http://hyipblog.nobshyip.net/2006/07/04/solid-investment-is-not-paying/ )

Btw I am a member of Real-Fund and I hope this problem will be resolved asap. As I understand that Michael J. Bruzzese email reply is an automated response, so I hope someone can really contact Michael J. Bruzzese to sort things out.

I happen to agree with you on these lawyers. Why does e-gold honor
block request. I thought they where oversea operation. Some lawyer trying
to freeze SI wanted 30% of my invest in SI for getting my money back.
Sounds like lawyers are trying to bankroll fee associated with these programs.

How are these programs going to survive in the future. Probably why most
good ones are private and very private they are.
